Park Minyoung, playing as Shin Chae Kyeong who later became Queen Dangyeong.
Yeon Woo Jin who plays as Lee Yeok aka Prince Jinseong who later became King Jungjong.
Lee Donggun as Lee Yoong who later becomes King Yeongsangun.
Queen for 7 days is based on a true-story of King Jungjong and Queen Dangyeong who was crowned and dethroned after 7 days.
This new K-drama premieres on May 31.
