OCN's 'Melo-Holic' revealed the drama's first script reading photos of the casts. attended by TVXQ's Yunho, Kyung Soojin and more.

 

'Melo-holic' is a drama adaptation from the webtoon series which has the same name. It's about a man (Yunho) who has a power to read people's mind thru touch and a woman (Soojin) having a split personality.

The drama is said to air this November 6 at 9pm KST on OCN.

The first teaser of the new kdrama titled "Meloholic" has been released.

It will be TVXQ's Jung Yunho first drama after he has been released from the military.

“Meloholic” will be a fantasy romance drama that follows the story of a man who can read minds but is also a complete novice when it comes to dating and a woman with a split personality. 

The first episode of the drama is set to air this November 6 at 9pm kst on OCN. (Monday-Tuesday). and it will be available on OKSUSU from November 1.

Shin Sekyung, the lead-female star of the Korean Drama 'Bride of the Water God' sat down for an interview.

She was asked on how she feels about the drama having a low ratings, she said 'I have never put any worries and expectation before I start the drama. Even before my previous project.'
'Some people gets sad because of the news, But for me, it's my first TvN production and I feel satisfied. The drama has a beautiful message and I played a great role.'

'I'm not hurt because of the ratings. However, when I was young, I did get a bit hurt not because of the ratings, but because of people who worked hard in the productions weren't able to get rewarded of high ratings.'

Ha Ji Won for InStyle + Talks about her comeback drama 

 

This will be Ha Ji Won's first drama after 2 years. Hospital Ship will be aired on MBC and it's set to to be released this August 30.

Ha Jiwon will be playing the role as Song Eun Jae, a surgeon and will have a faster promotion because of her skills. However, her character has been marked as the "cold girl" personality towards her co-workmates.

CNBlue's Kang Minhyuk will be playing the role as an internal physician namely Kwak Hyun.

 

Lee Seo Won will be playing the role of  Kim Jae Gol, a chinese medicine specialist.

Kim Jiwon's role in "Fight For My Way" gained her alot of attentions as being love by the viewers. It is her first lead role that gets alot of positive feedbacks.

Playing the role of Choi Aera, a girl who works in a department store (in information desk). She dreams of being a news anchor someday but leads of being a Road FC announcer instead.

Choi Aera and Kim Jiwon has a lot of similarities which made the viewers love her even more.

She talks about how is it working with her fellow actor Park Seojoon. She said that she was nervous at first but the actor is really having a natural act when it comes to romance especially when there's a scene wherein they used to argue alot which made it shows that they're both having a good chemistry.

Also, they mentioned how good she is being paired with Choi Wooshik. He is supposed to be showing as a cameo role on the said drama.

Being compared as Choi Aera, the actress said it was her first time to play the role since she is used on playing the mature age role. Choi Aera has this positive and bright vibe on which she has gotten the positive energy on her role instead.

Meanwhile, the said actress also confirmed that she will be making a drama comeback. "Hospital Ship" is a story about doctors on Hospital Ship visiting islands that lacks medical infrastructure and services. Ha Ji Won will play a surgeon namely Song Eun Jae, a talented physician who was brought to the hospital ship by an unexpected incident.

The drama will premiere this August or September this year on MBC.

 

 

SBS new kdrama titled 'Reunited Worlds' held a press conference at SBS building last July 18. 

Yeo Jin Goo, Lee Yeon Hee, Ahn Jae Hyun, and Jung Chae Yeon attended the said press conference.

‘Reunited Worlds’ is a romantic fantasy drama about a boy who disappeared after a mysterious accident, and suddenly appeared after 12 years as 19 year old guy.

this drama premieres on July 19.

On June 17, reports have been released that Krystal Jung might be the leading lady for the upcoming TvN upcoming drama 'Wise Prison Life' (tentative title)

WINNER's Kang Seungyoon is also in-talks for the said drama as well.

'Wise Prison Life' talks about the life of the prisoners and prison guards. Stay tuned for the final casting to be revealed soon.

UEE received a female lead role offer on KBS "Man Hole." 

UEE's agency confirmed that they're still in-talks and considering various acting offers including this lead-role in "Man Hole."

Representative from his agency CJES, Kim Jaejoong has been offered about the lead role on an upcoming comedy drama "Man Hole" and currently looking over it.

KBS2’s “Man Hole” is a comedy drama about a man who goes back in time to stop marriage from happening in the present. The main character, Bong Pil is a character who has been studying for the civil servant exam for three years and is known as his neighborhood’s token unemployed person. (which will be Kim Jaejoong's role.)

Key's role on the said kdrama will be a genius hacker, although he often gets himself into trouble, his hacking skills gets into hand when it comes to decisive moments.

"Lookout"  is about a group of vigilantes who catch criminals but operate outside the boundaries of the law. It airs on Mondays and Tuesdays at 10 p.m. KST.

A representative from YG Entertainment announced last June 10 about Lee Soohyuk's cameo appearance on the said remake drama. He will be playing the role of Baek Rang, a son of a Korean mob boss.

This will be the first time that Lee Soohyuk will appear and act on a Japanese drama.

This drama will air on July 2017 every Sunday at 9pm KST.

Dream Tea Entertainment announced that Girl's Day Sojin will be having her first lead role on the upcoming webdrama titled "Humanitarian Supermarket". She will be playing a mysterious character named Yeon Hee who grows up as a top student but ends up working as a subservient employee at a small business while hiding her identity.

“Humanitarian Supermarket” will be airing mid-July through NAVER TVCast.
