Shin Sekyung, the lead-female star of the Korean Drama 'Bride of the Water God' sat down for an interview.

She was asked on how she feels about the drama having a low ratings, she said 'I have never put any worries and expectation before I start the drama. Even before my previous project.'
'Some people gets sad because of the news, But for me, it's my first TvN production and I feel satisfied. The drama has a beautiful message and I played a great role.'

'I'm not hurt because of the ratings. However, when I was young, I did get a bit hurt not because of the ratings, but because of people who worked hard in the productions weren't able to get rewarded of high ratings.'

New KDRAMA Bride of the Water God first script-reading photo has been released.
Nam Joohyuk, Shin Sekyung, Krystal Jung, and Gong Myung attended the first script reading.

Joohyuk plays the lead role namely Ha Baek the Water God while Sekyung plays the role of So Ah as as a Psychiatrist. Krystal as Mura, the witch of Chung-yo Mountain and Gong Myung as Bi Ryeom, the God of the Wind.

Bride of the Water God is a fantasy-comedy romance Kdrama related on the comic book which has the same name, the drama focuses on the present time in Seoul, this new Kdrama is set to air this July 2017.
